Draft: Rearrange tabs

If no tab settings are found, the default menu is loaded. Otherwise, fragments in the viewPager correspond to the visibility and order defined in the settings. There is a new entry in the app settings to define which tabs are visible and in which order they should appear.

We can also discuss the settings organization. Maybe all setting dialogs should be material.
